Under normal circumstance untrained persons are not allowed to touch acident victims. The job of the public is to call in an accident and wait for trained personal to arrive the scene and do their. Sorry what was I thinking, this is Naija.

Second to the last picture is a wrong way of carrying a victim from a hard board stretcher into the cloth stretcher. if that lady hard injured her spine or neck bone, they would have made it worse by that posture.
