A Christ Apostolic Church service was reportedly disrupted by four masquerades who flogged the pastors and the worshipers mersilessly in Epinmi Akoko area of Ondo state.

Report says that when the masquerades arrived the church premises they were challenged by some of the church workers but they ignored warnings and went ahead with their attack.

Two of the Pastors were reportedly injured by the time the masquerades left the church premises while other worshipers fled leaving the Pastors.

The pastors are Pastors Jacob Ogunmola and Kehinde Ilori.

The matter ‎was later reported to the police and one of the masquerades, Tunde Arohunmolase was arrested.

Police detectives are probing the reason for the attack of the church by the masqueraders during the service.
