Op IBB appointed bello haliru who I think was a lecturer before he was appointed (CG) director of customs at that time. Abacha appointed Gen. Ango as CG as well so it's really nothing new even though I think it should go to serving custom officers and if need be, honest retired custom officer if there's any. |
