Please as a bride getting married to an oraifite man, what are my obligations towards the umuokpu?
I was told as d bride I will but drinks n give my mother-in-law to be which she will present to the umuokpu to announce to them that his son has seen a wife to marry. From what I was told, if this is not done they cannot come n see my people n it means d groom's mother did not accept me. Please how true is this? Is it peculiar only to the royal family?
