Finally September has come!
And it comes with a lot of expectations too.
And one very important expectation billed for Sept 2015 is, Buhari's promise to appoint his ministers and finally form a govt!
At the same time though, one should be worried. In light of recent denials by his party about some campaign promises, I fear the President may try to pull another upset. He may deny that Sept is not the "fullness of time" he earlier stated!

However, I am optimistic that he won't dodge the deadline again. In recent weeks, he has appointed persons to strategic govt offices, most especially the position the Secretary to the Govt of the Federation. The SGF has as a responsibility, the monitoring and supervision of the activities of the ministers.
Thus, we should expect ministers to be appointed no later than this month. Even as the country's economy continues to tow the line of recession.

That's his cup of tea.
