John 17:21 & 22
21: That they all may be one , father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.
22: I have given to them the glory and honor which you have given me, that they may be one as we are one.

I appeal to you brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and in thought.

Sometimes when I tell my fellow brethren , that Christainity is the most confused religion on earth, they do not seem to agree with me. If not, why is there so much segregation among those that call themselves Christains. I do not know if we do not realize that we serve/ worship the same God through our Lord Jesus Christ, whose utmost desire is to see us all as one. Why the so much hatred and strong aversion within the Christain community? Was this the kind of Love the apostles shared immediately after Christ's ascension into heaven? Are we actually following Christ's laid down instructions? Our brother, Paul, even appealed to us in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to agree with one another, all to no avail.
** If you are a Catholic and wants to marry the daughter of an Anglican. The father will remind you that he is a Lay reader in Anglican and his wife is the head of the women's wing and vice versa.
** A young lady will virtually refuse a marriage proposal simply because you are not in the same denomination.
** When a deeper life man scratches a car belonging to a man who attends Mountain of fire, he will regret waking up that day.
** A job seeker from Assemblies of God will only get the job from a man who attends Winners Chapel if only every other seeker from Winners has been taken: Merit aside.
The battle within Christendom, has in every ramification, contradicted God's original purpose for us through our Lord Jesus Christ. What is so difficult in understanding other people's idiosyncrasy.
After all, why do you condemn the catholic faith, if you had been born there, chances are that you will still remain there. Why can't we tolerate others. How good and it is when God's people live together in unity (psalm 133:1 NIV). Christ charged us to reach out to the Gentile, spreading the goodnews to the unbelievers but all we do is try to convert an already baptized brethren to our own denomination. Are you God to judge any Church? Why will you swear swear with your life to with hold your child from getting married elsewhere, are you her creator?
The moment we begin to love, cherish and adore one another then we begin to see the actual manifestations of God's goodness in our midst. Be mindful of the fact that God is still the controller of the universe not you or your religious leader. You cannot help God, ask Uzzah.
