RSUST, I think, is fastest.
While UNIBEN was enjoying her first semester break, RSUST was preparing for second semester exams.
That's quite fast.

You are not a student of unilorin if you are... You would know that kwasu have resumed for their first semester since last 2weeks while unilorin's admission is not yet out... Kwasu is the fastest among all
