UNILAG Students Protest Electrocution Of First Class Student by beatstorch: 10:37am On Sep 10, 2015
Scores of students at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) trooped to the streets on Wednesday to protest the death of a 300-level female student who was electrocuted late on Tuesday in the school.

The deceased, who was said be a First Class student of Accounting, died near a female hostel, the Madam Tinubu Hall.

Her names were given as Oluchi Anekwe.

The Daily Times learnt that Anekwe was waiting for a friend who wanted to bring her a course material when an electric cable fell on her and she was electrocuted instantly.
