These three women have achieved amazing feats in the rugged Nigerian corporate sphere and have pushed the limits for what society accepts from a woman. They have shown that their gender is no deterrent from them achieving unrivalled success.

Here are their success stories:

Access Bank MD (Mrs. Mosun Belo-Olusoga)
Mrs. Belo-Olusoga graduated from the Department of Economics, University of Ibadan, Oyo State in 1979. She became qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 bagging a 1st place merit award and also the award of the Society of Women Accountants of Nigeria prize for best qualifying candidate.

She is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

She was the Chairperson of the Credit and Finance Committee and member of the Board Committees on Audit, Governance and Nomination, Risk Management and Remuneration.

She was formerly an Executive Director of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and was at various times responsible for Risk Management, Corporate and Commercial Banking and Transaction Services and Settlements in Access Bank.

She sits on the board of several Nigerian companies and was one time Acting Managing Director of Trust Bank of Africa Limited in 2003.

Her foray into the banking world has spanned almost three decades and she still continues to leave her mark wherever she goes.
