It can. Use filestream or zbigz... I do this all the time tho on PC but I'm sure smartphone is a small PC.

The highest file size that you can download with Filestream and Zbigz is just 1gb unless you upgrade to premium account.

Ya it's the ss stuff, but with mtn, I'v only tethered phone to computer, and it worked that was 2014 on mtn, etisalat own might work best using pisiphon
