President Muhammadu Buhari has dropped former Rivers Governor, Rotimi Amaechi and his counterpart Bababtunde Fashola from running for ministerial positions as insinuations have emerged that their names are conspicuously missing from the list of nominees currently undergoing final screening by the Department of State Services, DSS.
