Are u kidding me? Fashola's 2015 budget lacks priorities. I can't believe this, a man once adjudged a success. Even PDP used Fashola's Lagos as a reference point. It's either Ambode has no plans of his or he's just out to play the stooge. He better go see El Rufai to teach him Governance. States ain't ran like banks.
