I won't eat four eggs; plus oil, seasoning and plantain. That's not healthy

So you don't fry your eggs with oil What's wrong with just half a stock cube and less than 50ml of oil?? By the way I didn't use all the eggs to stuff the plantain; I only used less than half.. The remaning eggs were for the family..

So much calories. That's my only concern. It doesn't promote healthy eating. But looks very appealing.
