I have tried different combinations of fruits(orange included) and a smoothie combo of watermelon, Pineapple and banana came tops for me. Watermelon was a big influence. |

@op water melon does it for me, why? water melon juice, doesnt have the 'sweetness' of orange juice...but a chilled cup of water melon has an effect sweet orange can never match.....not sure how to pass the sensation across, but imagine entering your home after a long walk in the scorching sun...then you enter your fridge to quench your taste you reach out for a bottle of coke..coke will defintely quench your tatse but as soon as you gulp it down, there still seems to be some dryness at the back of your tongue and some thirst still remains unquenched....however if you opted for a bottle of cold water  you know the feeling that comes....infact in these situations am always blessing God for cold water....the point is nothing quenches thirst like cool water....water melon juice though not sweet, comes real close to the effects water has upon drinking it,after a long .walk in the sun.or use water melon stored in fridge to break a fast...my lord trust me i cant pass the sensation you get across, a trial will make you a witness.....but using orange from the fridge to break fast .....  , its only normal fruit 2 Likes |

watermelon because I consumed it a lot and we do farm it in our garden just for our own consumption only... it's not sweet like the Orange though, but preferred it compare to Orange juice. beside my teeth always sour when I take the orange juice, can't even chew any thing after all. |

I agree with blending water melon with pineapple. Done it before and it just makes the water melon great. If you would go for singles, then orange does it. I doubt fresh water melon juice would last more than a day even with cooling in the fridge |

I particularly prefer water melon juice, but I've also checked online for the benefits of water melon, it far exceeds that of orange, unfortunately most ppl mistake orange for lemon/lime, they're not. Like someone suggested, try mixing pineapple, Apple, water melon and orange. This combination of smoothy is mind blowing. On the issue of packaging in pet bottles, I strongly discourage that, except you'll have to add preservatives, which kills d aim of "fresh juice" and water melon ferments quite fast. It can't remain fresh for more than 3days even while refrigerated. |

How do you plan on preserving? I prefer watermelon juice but if you are going to add preservatives, I'd rather blend watermelon, cool it and drink. Cucumber juice too is cool (I am talking to those that blend) especially if you want your juice or smoothie green. Pawpaw is another favourite of mine, pawpaw and pineapple...heaven! |

Water melon juice taste lik wack.i had 1 just yestedy n I hate d taste.water melon s my best fruit n u can imagine aw happy I wz wen I wz offered a water melon juice,only 4 mi 2 b disappointed by aw it taste.i kept it inside d Fridge n it wz stil dere dis morning wit al dis my big mouth siblings,meanin dey also tasted it bt didn't lik it bt if it wz 5alive,dey wld drink n replace wit water inside. |
