Wow, congrats ooh!

From the look of things, you might get PPR sooner than u expected.

It seems cic is speeding up things generally and trying to process applications less than 4months and worse case less than 6months.

June applicants are lucky: meds passed is faster!
Tnx ma bro but na 35 days oo hahahhaha . Wish u same speed

Hi to all,

A friend of mine is seriously worried. His wife has Hepatitis B. She's a nurse and the PA.
Can any one tell what are the tests done under medical test and what are the diseases which can be serious for immigration.

Any reason(s) to be worried??
Please share.

I can't keep calm oooo, #olowogbogboro is moving me on ooo. I just passed medicals, see my time line:

Dependents 5
EE may 4
Ita may 17
Aor June 2
Med pass July 7
NA july 7

All glory to my God...amen
Congrats on your med passed. Your AOR caught my attention - just about 2 weeks from ITA! That's remarkable.

I'd like to think most of your documents were handy before ITA, do you mind sharing ideas as to how you achieved this?

Recipients of ITA in your draw are still within the 90 days submission period, some are still gathering documents while some are waiting for POF to mature, my guy here don already pass medical!

Your post as well as @Mire222 post reechoes the fact that planning is sure critical to achieving success, and in time.

Congrats again.

So sorry to hear this.

Tests done include - Chest X-ray, Blood tests for syphilis (VDRL and RPR) and HIV and Urine test. Your friend will also be required to fill a medical history form(tick box kind of thing).

I got this from the CIC website Certain health issues may result in refusal. Applicants for permanent residence who require medication for Diabetes or Hepatitis A, for example, could be deemed to be a potential burden on Canada’s universal healthcare system, and CIC reserves the right to refuse an otherwise eligible application for permanent residence on health grounds. There are, however, ways to overcome inadmissibility on health grounds. For example, a report from a specialist on the condition could help an applicant’s case and help to avoid further medical examinations, delays and/or refusal

Wishing your friend all the best!

Hello house, please I need to be enlightened on how the PCC processing works when apply from Nigeria. Do I need to start it now, as I'm pursing my ECA to beat time?

I heard it takes a longer time. Thanks.

If you're talking about Naija PCC it doesn't take time. You can do it when you get ITA. Mine took about 5days. I believe some have gotten it in lesser time. It's a pretty straight forward process.

This should answer your question..
Copied from any earlier post by boss 3 "This is where planning in the PRE-ITA phase is crucial. If you are certain someone is going to give you N4m for 6 months or a year. Better get the money before you get ITA or collect the money, reject the ITA and wait for 6 months and 2 weeks to apply. Your 6 months statement will not show how the inflow came. Also, do well by crediting the account when you have money from time to time. Rather than just leaving only N4m and no transaction flow for 6 months.

Also, You can collect the money. Go get a sale invoice and receipt to show that you either sold an asset and the inflow is proceeds for the sale of the asset. If it is a car, get a receipt, change of ownership document, car documents and the narration - SALES OF CAR from whoever is giving you the money. Then you can explain how you got the huge inflow using LOE.

Alternatively, your spouse can collect the money with their account, credit you with the inflow. The problem here is that the VO afterwards may ask, via ADR, for your spouse to provide his/her statement. You can either back this up by claiming share of inheritance from a dead relative. Get a death certificate, a notarise letter of how siblings will share inheritance and narration should be - YOUR SHARE OF MUMMY'S ESTATE. Then you explain with LOE. Your siblings in the letter should sync with the siblings you have on your family/relatives section. The disadvantage here is that one of your relative is dead - this relative MUST also be indicated dead on your family/relatives section and the date of death should sync with the death certificate and possibly be current - maybe like 2014, 2015 or 2016.

There are still other ways, but your information must be flow properly no loopholes."
Thanks alot

Hi guys,
How does the UK PCC works. I applied on Sunday using their premium service and I am yet to get a response from them. They said it's 2 working days.

I did not get a response from them when they were done with mine. They just posted it. You can call them to be sure it's been processed.

Your static experience is upsetting to hear, it can happen to anyone. No fault of yours but then, how do you prove your case.
To the experienced fellows, is there anyway to make complains other than EOR?

Good evening all I just stumbled on this thread and it has been quite educating and motivatin. I have worked for a total of 10 years for different establishments only 3 of the companies are willing to give me reference letter the other ones refused what do I do
It's not an issue.
You need just 3 years work experience to get maximum points. So if you've worked a minimum of 3 years in any of them that are willing to give you, that would be good. All other work experience can be shoved into your personal history and you won't need reference letters from them.
If you've worked one year in each of them you'll need to get from the 3 companies.
Remember the work experience needs to be in either NOC 0, A or B.

Thank you so much for your story. Please how did you request for a duplicate ECA to Ontario from IQAS and did you pay extra for this?

Mire222:
I am a silent reader of this thread and I have benefited immensely from the contributions here which is why I am motivated to give back especially because my case is peculiar so I hope it will encourage or help someone. please before I begin, I would like to encourage people to read the thread from beginning before coming to ask questions that have been flogged and over flogged on the thread. It makes the thread unnecessarily long which in turn discourages people who would have actually put in effort to start from the beginning and there are little important inputs within that would help someone which could be missed if one does not read through.

My degree is in law but my NOC is in management ." Iphie's "posts led me to use IQAS for my evaluation instead of the popular WES because an LLB is awarded more marks as professional degree which going through WES doesn't give. This boosted my CRS. I evaluated only my degree certificate. You do not need to evaluate law school Certificate.I don't have an LLM. my CRS score was 407 so I had to apply through Ontario. I received NOI in April, applied may 20th and got nominated June 26th with 600points which boosted my score to 1007. I don't have reference letter (which is a very important document in the express entry process) because the company I worked for was shut down. so in place of reference letter, I provided a letter (in form of a reference letter) written(typed actually) by me and notarized by a notary public stating everything that is required to be written in a reference letter. regarding the format of the letter, I started the letter in the form of an affidavit (I, Dolly Parton, hereby declare that...) and not like a proper formal letter with addresses. Also, I attached all my contract/employment letters which had my salary, job roles and position stated, income tax certificate,6 pay stubs and my first and last bank statements showing salary deposits . Before applying for OINP(ontario Immigration nominee program) please ensure that you request your duplicate ECA to be sent to OINP from whatever evaluation company you used. This will reduce any delay in processing your application. The process of requesting for duplicate ECA from IQAS got irritating cos they requested I send hard copies of my request form which cost me more because I used EMS express whom also did not deliver my documents on time(supposed to be 5 days but took up to 2-3weeks). I was fortunate to get a reply from a better informed IQAS representative before EMS was able to deliver my duplicate request form to IQAS, that advised that I could send the requested application copies by fax which was received immediately .why I said "better informed " is because prior to sending my documents through EMS, another representative had responded to my enquiry that IQAS doesn't receive faxed documents .About the fax, I used a free fax service I found online gotfreefax.com. I was able to fax the documents for free to IQAS .There are other online fax services you can use to send fax. All you have to do is scan your documents and send it through their fax link and it gets delivered to the fax machine. There are usually instructions on the websites/apps about how to get it done. (I love how much the internet has made life easier) . Lateness in requesting your duplicate to be sent to OINP can delay your application. Recently, some applications have been processed within a week. I got ITA after the nomination last week .I think I have said all that needs to be said. More information on OINP human capital stream can be found on http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/oinp-ee-human-capital-priorities-stream-comprehensive-guide.396543/page-315

After receiving nomination, OINP Will deliver the nomination certificate to you through express mail. mine arrived after 7 days of nomination . When filling my ITA online, I noticed there was no place for uploading the nomination certificate but had read somewhere that CIC usually requests for it. so what I did (which I read somewhere that others also do) was to upload the nomination certificate together with the LOE .my LOE also explained the reason why I don't have a reference letter and that my POF (treasury bill) is from my husband because the treasury bill statements are in his name. He also wrote a letter stating that he's giving me access to the funds which we uploaded to the POF section.

OINP is definitely expensive and cumbersome to apply for because they request for more documents than CIC did ,but it can be done. Yes, I did it on my own without an agent .I understand that this application process can seem too much for some to manage themselves but I believe with patience and research, it can be done. Hope my post helps someone. Once again ,I appreciate the people who contribute to this thread. God bless you abundantly.

Listening 7.0

Sorry about dis. Yes u can seek a remark for any of them but d chance of getting d desired 8 from 7 in listening is slim considering d gap and d nature of d test unless u r very sure u truly deserve 8 or more. For d speaking, u would likely get d minimum 7. Going by dis analysis, I think u should rewrite d exam with more preparation, commitment and prayer. Wish u success in whatever step u decide to take.
