You might eventually not need to fill The medical form. It's not needed for your clearance now. Ordinarily, it is meant for your medical screening but with respect to last year's experience, it was discarded as students were asked to fill a medical form online, print and submit the overview of what was filled. Albeit to be on a safe side, you can just decide to fulfill all righteousness by downloading and filling this manual one as you never can tell what to expect from UI.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board has closed the 2016 admissions to all federal and state universities, its Registrar/Chief Executive, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, said on Thursday.
He, however, announced an extension of admissions to polytechnics, monotechnics, colleges of education and private universities.
He said, “All tertiary institutions and the general public are hereby informed that the 2016 admissions exercise into public universities closed on Wednesday November 30, 2016. However, the minister of education has approved an extension of two weeks (from December 1 to December 15, 2016) for all polytechnics, monotechnics, colleges of education and private universities.
“All institutions concerned are advised to promptly process their recommendations to JAMB within the approved period.”
As JAMB prepares for the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, Oloyede said, all owners of computer-based test centres had been invited to apply online for accreditation.
He said, “The CBT centres are invited to attend a meeting on Tuesday December 13, 2016. To attend this meeting interested CBT centre owners are to register. The registration closes by 12.00pm on Monday December 12, 2016.”
Oloyede advised the public to disregard all websites and social media accounts posing as sales agents for 2017 UTME.
“JAMB has not commenced the sale of the 2017 UTME application forms and has not appointed and will not appoint any agent/or cybercafé as its agent. The public is advised to beware of fraudsters. JAMB advises all candidates to always visit its website on for registration and other necessary information. We call on all patriots to support JAMB in enhancing access to and equity in tertiary education in Nigeria,” he said.

Please really need ur advice I am thinking of putting Ibadan as my prefferd choice next year...with these eng-b3,math c4 ,bio c4 ,chem b3,phy c4 ...please with what mark in jamb will I be guaranteed admission ...or shud I just forget coz I heard dart ui only admit students with As only...please I need the advice...Dose that ve been admitted or Admitted dental student shud tell me all necessary information... Pleeeeeeease....

Education sometimes or often release or let people transfer, but the just concluded session, some departments in Education were made to sign a form - so they won't transfer. However, if your bro isn't cajoled to sign such form, there are two things he should be worried about.

1. Will my department release me(suppossing I'm their best student)?
2. Will the intending/recipient department or faculty accept me?

NB:- if your department release you and you aren't accepted by the destination faculty, you automatically cease to be a UI student.


Therefore, it is a 50/50 thing except your brother will like to take the next jamb. Or take the risk.
