It all depends on the size of the soap. My soap is 8.2cm in length/ 2.5 in breadth(width)/5.7cm in height. Your soap could be bigger or smaller.

9k can get you 45 liters of PKO. If you were to sell this soap at N40 Naira each in the open market, it will fetch you 18,000 Naira, subtract your investment of 10k and you get 8k. 1k should get you caustic that can produce over 500 bars of soap. A 25kg bag of caustic is around 3,200. If you sell to shop owners at 35 naira, you get 15,750, subtract your 10k If you add fragrance, you can sell at 50 Naira each, do the math.

I started producing soap some few months ago now becoming an addict but it does yield me less profit BTW not up to #300 per 45 bars. a bar is 6cm wide and 12cm long, d height Is 3cm and it's a very quality soap,
In D's tym of recession, my customers do complain abt every day increase in prize thereby limiting my profit to less Dan #200.
m planning on adjusting my mould and cutter so as to increase my profit base. wat do u think is d normal size to adjust my mould. ASAP

Soap of this size shouldn't be less than 58 Naira. If you sell less at the prevailing price of Pko and caustic, you will loose your money.

Bleach until it smokes , that way, you break the phospholipid bonds. There are fragrances made specifically for the cosmetic industry, check your local market.

This caustic is just for a week production.
