The life given to us is a gift and should be treated as such, we are the ones that pressurise ourselves with things that we think we need but it's not what is best for us..

.For example, when you recieve a gift would you be concerned about the wrapper or the gift inside?...you shouldn't be disturbed by the wrapper(too much worldly things), your target should be the gift which is our life...we should learn to cherish it and be noble with it.....

Whatever we do with our life is our choice but part of our focus should be to live our life so that our hereafter will be torment free.
