How do you like your steak: medium , rare , or weldone,
it is said that rare tastes delicious and juicy, but all i can think about its the presence of parasites.
i thus would love it wel done, i recommend Texas Road house , really good

Not really but i just tried out and exercise of eating medium , rare and weldone and wanted to know the NLs opinion. I usually have it welldone for health risk thus out of curiousity i tasted the others. Which do you prefer and y pls

It's just a personal preference. I enjoy the beefy taste better when the meat is not cooked to death. Steaks tend to loose flavour the more they cook unlike other beef cuts which taste better slow cooked or stewed.
my opinion, I know other peeps will have different tastes and opinions.

@ crackles i dont blame you jare, neither do i, i rem when i was experimenting just the sight alone did not even encourage swallowing, probably because am not used to it or the fact that i am aware of the presence of parasites,

I thot it was only me. The last time I was at a restaurant and the didn't cook my steak well done I almost didn't eat at all.

I like it well done, I guess. How do you even know the difference? lol

I never prepared it myself, the few times I've had it were at restaurants. But anyway, I'm not a big fan of steak. I heard it causes high cholesterol.
