The Ijaw group were right. According to Section 138 of the 1999 Constitution: The president shall not, during his tenure of office hold any other executive office or paid employment in any capacity whatsoever.
Based on the quote above, holding two Executive Offices is ILLEGAL according to the constitution.

OBJ did not declare himself the petroleum minister, he only left that position vacant. In buhari case he declared himself the petroleum minister. He can't be the president and also the petroleum minister but in 9ja anything is possible. This country has a very long way to go.
