same thing happened to me before I later used mobile web browser on my blackberry before I later used pdf reader to view it.................opera mini or uc web can not download.....it would stop at 54kb or it may not even load....and you should know that you can't read or view it with java phone without pdf reader........advisably.....go to cyber cafe and print it out...........or use your phone web browser to view yah result.......... &get relaxed

They might want to fix different dates for each states.

the new date is november30. It was extended because the date of the pop for those presently at the depot was also shifted from this month to 11th of december
