yolemum:You presented a complicated story, the figures are difficult to understand. By the way, you stated that this is a breakdown of your husband's budget (and that makes me to assume that you are the wife), yet, you said your "wife" is paying for the trip. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Vicjustice: 4:18pm On Aug 09, 2016 |
yolemum:I think i got it now. Well, you were asked about the amount that you would be spending for the trip, and that include the accommodation cost and the estimated costs of other expenses. So, combine them and give a round figure for example "£1200 Approximately". By the way, what do you mean by 65 in relation to your monthly living cost? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by FrontPageLawyer(m): 4:45pm On Aug 09, 2016 |
yolemum: Are you travelling together? If yes, then the cost of accommodation for your Husband should be = N/A The print out of the Hotel reservation should be attached to his application and you have a chance of explaining this to the ECO. Therefore the total amount available for his trip (Husband) is £750 and not £1168 |

@Vicjustice, frontpagelawyer, i sincerely appreciate your responses, let me state that, i am sponsoring my hubby on this trip, though i already have a visa, so am not applying, but we are travelling together, he is the only one applying.so do i stick to 750 |

sugah: No truth in that, it was started by a lady who is wanted by British govt for an alleged visa fraud. She has been spreading this false news for months now. |

Hello Gurus in the house, I had a two years UK visa which has expired. I used this visa twice and on the last occassion, i mistakenly over stay for a period of 9months and at the point of exit, the officer told me that I will only be given a punishment of 1yrs ban but I have not apply since my return two years ago. My question now is that If I apply now, is there possibility that I will be given the punishment now or it has already pass since I havent apply since two years ago. Also, if I apply, do I stand any chance of getting the visa again? Thanks |

gg4real: 9 months is Damn much really, i'd advice you stay way for now until u have established ur self here.. better still, look for another country for now if you must travel. But you can give it a try but be ready to answer lots of questions. |
