We have been mandated by our client, a paper products manufacturing company located at Ikeja, to recruit qualified candidates for this position.


Responsibilities

>> Planning and organising production schedules.
>> Assessing project and resources requirements.
>> Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
>> Determining quality control standards.
>> Overseeing production processes.
>> Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
>> Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
>> Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
>> Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff.



Required Skills and Qualification

>> B.SC or its equivalent in Industrial/Production Management or related field from a recognized institution.
>> Minimum of 3 years working experience in production management.
>> Good project management skills
>> The ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels.
>> Good presentation skills.
>> Good problem-solving skills.
>> An understanding of manufacturing processes.
>> Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards.
>> The ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
>> The ability to work to deadlines.
>> A willingness to work flexibly.
>> An understanding of health and safety.

Remuneration: Attractive but negotiable.
