Overall Responsibility
• Responsible for running the day to day activities of M3
• Responsible for promoting M3
• Responsible for recruiting and managing M3 models
• Responsible for maintaining M3 office in perfect condition
• Responsible for collecting payments and debiting company account

Detailed Job Description
1. Compiling a database of clients in the; Advertising, Fashion, Media and all other relevant industries.
2. Promoting and marketing M3 to prospective and current clients in the above mentioned industries.
3. Recruitment of models to the agency
4. Ensuring the booking M3 models for potential jobs
5. Overseeing model performance during a scheduled job
6. Obtaining feedback from clients on model performance
7. Preparing invoice for clients
8. Preparing bi-weekly memos providing top management (CEO & MD) with all relevant updates
