The former Chairman off the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has been on a low key since his resignation and his appointment as the Nigerian Railway Corporation Chairman.
The former PDP chairman said yesterday that ''Buhari is a president by name and not by might'',although previously the president has been boasting that he belongs to nobody.But with his ministerial nominees it proves that he is controlled by some powerful men in the likes of Bola Tinubu.
