Minister-designate, Rotimi Amaechi, has accused the embattled Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, of diverting a N45bn loan his administration took. He revealed this on Sunday at a thanksgiving service organised to mark the October 25 Supreme Court ruling that made him governor in 2007.
