Places where elections were nullified by the four different tribunals sitting in Abuja includes: 1. Gokana 2. Eleme 3. Obio-Akpor 1 4. Obio-Akpor 2 5. Etche 2 6. Opobo/Nkoro 7. Akuku-Toru 1 & 2 8. Asari Toru 1 9. Asari Toru 2 10. Bonny 11. Tai 12. ONELGA- 1 13. Degema 14. Ahoada East -1. 15. Khana-1 16. Khana 2 17. Ikwerre 18. Phalga-2 19. Andoni PDP were left with 11 assembly members including Oyigbo, Etche 1, Omuma, Ogu-Bolo, PHALGA-1&3, ONELGA-2, and Abua-Odual, Ahoada West, and Ahoada East 2, Emuoha where the elections were upheld by the tribunal.
