The probability of PDP to occur again in 2019, depends on the differentiation between APC lead government and the PDP lead government, in this case president Buhari is the determinant, if APC keeps doing well, then the probability of PDP occuring is less than zero or greater than one, this is null because probability can never be greater than one or less than zero. |

If they continue the way they are behaving now especially kicking against the fight against corruption, I doubt if they will ever come back. |
