I don't know if this is constitutional ! I discovered that our policemen, army, navy et al don't pay anytime they board the commercial vehicles. Is there any law governing this? |

Of course it's unlawful for any police personnel to refuse paying his fare. But why stop for them any way? when they got their two legxus to walk? |

It is anarchy in Nigeria. This country is under a democratic dictatorship. Laws do not apply to the military or police in Nigeria. Laws are only for the weak and poor in Nigeria. |
