I don't know if this is constitutional ! I discovered that our policemen, army, navy et al don't pay anytime they board the commercial vehicles. Is there any law governing this?

Of course it's unlawful for any police personnel to refuse paying his fare. But why stop for them any way? when they got their two legxus to walk?

It is anarchy in Nigeria. This country is under a democratic dictatorship. Laws do not apply to the military or police in Nigeria. Laws are only for the weak and poor in Nigeria.
