Appeal court decides Saraki’s CCT trial on Friday

The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal will on Friday (tomorrow) decide on whether or not to quash the charges of false asset declaration preferred against Senate President Bukola Saraki before the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
The appellate court postponed its earlier ruling two weeks ago without giving any reason for the shift.

That wud be unfortunate and a fatal blow to the PMB fight. It will start raising doubts in some of us who have defended the anti corruption fight as to the genuineness of it.
I hope for PMB's sake that d appeal court does not stop the CCT tribunal, the timing and convenience of it all after d screening of ministers would only point to one inference,an inference that wud taint the govt for a longtime.

Tomorrow, we will know Buhari's true stance on corruption. This will define how seriously his 'body language' is taken henceforth. I hope that at the end, justice not 'padipadi' prevails. CORRUPTION should have no 'political solution'.

So, Saraki should be spared at the CCT because he has done APC bidding?
