This is to inform all the government agencies office of the Head of Service(HOS) and Health Workers in Abia State that the state Delegates conference (SDC) Election of Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, Abia State Council held on Thursday, 21st October, 2015 at Eastern Comfort Hotel Umuahia was not only illegal but unlawful because of the NIC Order and directives of the Magistrate court which was arbitrarly disobeyed and violated by Uchenna Obigwe and his cohorts despite the interpretation and clarification of the NIC order by the Attorney-General of Abia State Service January, 2015 where the two parties were ordered to wait until the final determination of the suit Number NICN/OW/51/2014. Justice further demands that the purposeful election should be set aside by the court and upholds same with court sanction for disobeying the order.
Which was the judiciary and the Rule of Law in Nigeria as we, the observers have witnessed the unethical roles of same Mr. Joe who has been parading himself deceitfully as Senior Special adviser on health to the Governor to the extent of sponsoring the activities from one of the LGAs as Govt. Candidate.
Disappointedly the Adorable woefully failed. Some of these practical offences should be cautioned to stop using government’s name for selfish interests.
