A Christian woman has been beaten to death in Uganda by a mob of Muslims because she and her family had not heeded their warning to stop preaching the gospel. Her brother-in-law was killed last month for the same reason.

Mamwikomba Mwanika, a mother of eight children, was taken from her home in Kalampete village in Kibuku District and killed last week.

She opened the door of her home to a mob of Muslims who demanded to see her husband, also a Christian, saying: “Your husband has followed the religion of his brother, and we had warned you people to stop these activities, but our message has landed on deaf ears.”

Mwanika’s husband, George Mwanika, was not at home which angered the mob. His brother, Samson Nfunyeku, was killed in the same village last month for debating with Islamic scholars.

Mwanika’s 13-year-old daughter said “the mob then “dragged our mother outside the house as she screamed and cried for help.”

She was later found in a pool of blood about 100 metres from her home by her husband and neighbours. She was still alive when they found her, but died en route to hospital.

“I know that the attackers are looking for me,” George Mwanika said following the incident. “We are seeking God’s protection and His peace. May God give me the courage to continue sharing the love of Christ to those who are lost, as Jesus said we should love our enemies.”

Uganda is a majority-Christian nation, however some eastern regions are dominated by Muslims.

Attacks and killings of converts are not uncommon in the region; a Christian woman was gang raped and another poisoned and killed in eastern Uganda earlier this year.

Ugandan authorities have warned of a growing threat of Islamist extremism within the country in reaction to Uganda’s military involvement in Somalia as part of an African Union force fighting al-Shabab terrorists.

the most ideal obligation of believers is to disseminate the Gospel of Christ, irrespective the confounding impedements that might betide such a one in the process.

what she just did is preposterous to the reasoning faulty of ordinary man. but an apprasial by a Godly approach depicts that she carried the cross to the end. And an auspicious solace awaits her.

Man, as we speak now, I believe that there are people with an idem ideology, and they executing such task now. an epitome is the manifestation of the bold woman. See was bold and courageous to preach the Word of God even amonst the outrageous onces without considering any form of intimidation.

and besides, Saudi Arabia is not only the dangerious nation. we also have othed group of people that maintain thesame confraternity of detest and murdering anyone that disperses the Glorious Good News.

Have you ever asked yourself; why do nefarious people esily get aggravated andextremely angry each time they hear about the Gospel?
it is because christainity is the truthful religion!
that is why they detest it.

Nigeria is also included in this, so it our responsibilty to ensure that people eschew evil and attain goodness. with the daily teachings of the awesome word of God, people can be effectively deterred of entangling in evil practise.

God word is the veracious source of prosperity and tranquility to the hearers and the doers.

The police force can not totally prevent people from committing gruesome crimes, otherwise why do we find people who had been detained and tortured in jail still recidivating back to their previous crimes they commited of even worst.

If everyone in the society recieves God's life changing word and work with it. Such society will experience detoxification!

Do u know why Muslims r angry wen u preach to dem It's not because the Christian gospel is d truth, it's because u are disturbing dem and it's because u are an infidel...


Has any Muslim ever walked to u n preached to u before NEVER, They don't believe in that. That's why they get angry wen people try to preach to dem.
