Side Effect: Smoking cannabis will cause lack of laziness, unwillingness to take part in many social events, damage of internal and external body like heart and lungs e.t.c. these are why millions of people deciding to
quit smoking marijuana or hard drug. Being addiction does not only cause destroy to physical health, also makes one to be psychological disorder like depression and anxiety. Lack of coördination in sensory organs, Anxiety, Hyperactivity, Hallucinations, Irritability, Mood swings, Lack of fertility, isolation, Suicidal thoughts, Aggressive behavior, Intolerance e.t.c

Smoking Paraphernalia: If you are to quit smoking, remove all things that will make you to start smoking again. Like lighters, matches, paraphernalia, roach clips, containers or empty out all your pockets to make sure that there is not any smoking stuff remaining. Flush any remaining Indian hemp down the toilet, that you can’t dig it out of the trash after some week. Betray or destroy all your supplies or throw them into a stream or refuses so that you’re not tempted to smoke again. If you have dealer who sell weed for you, remove his/ her number out of your phone.

Let Your Friend Know: Tell your trustworthy friend or family member about what you’re facing in life and ask for their support in quitting. If you probably find that they are thrilled to see you quit and support you with their power. This is another way to quit smoking without anybody support, always tell people around you that you’re not telling them to quit, but you will be appreciated if they don’t force or pressure you into smoking again, if they try to get you to join the group. You can also avoid friend or relative who always smoke or you smoke together before and if is your best friend you can tell him/ her to quit smoking for better life.

Replacement Activity: Instead of wasting your free time to smoke, you can play football with your friend, playing guitar or hanging out with your friend in the evening time. If you feel bored or depressed at home, you can watch a movie that will make you smile or spend more time with your best friend who didn’t smoke. You can also do, some other things like hear music while walking, talking to your old friend on cell phone, swimming, cooking meal, reading newspaper and playing football. e.t.c

Stay motivated: Try to keep your eye off, when you notice your friend is smoking and you are ready to quit. Quitting smoking will improve your health, thinking, your lifestyle and stay focus on your goal to make it in life. You can write and tape it above your desk or keep your goals in an accessible place that you can easily reach later when you’re losing.

Routine: When you are tried to quit, change your routine like getting up earlier to have some breakfast. Eat more fruit and vegetable in the morning before going to work. Change your walk routine when you are going to office or school, eating in different restaurant for lunch. Eating 3 – 4 pie apples of apple ever day will also help you to fight against weed. Eating vegetable like garlic and ginger will also improve your health.
