THE TESTIMONY OF MY DELIVERANCE

This may be a long story be I will to cut it short. Years back [At Ilorin] I have leaved a life of rising and falling. My besetting is Pornography which i was exposed to at the age btw 13-14yrs. As at that time, other temptation I can manage to overcome, but this one, am always yielding because those who are around me love it so much. Then my filthiness are pornography and sexual fantasies [Beginning of my Problem].

In 2006, I have a cause to move Ilorin, to Kaduna. There I made a good decision to follow God in a land where i had not parent to monitor me only had two brothers [who I could easily disobeyed] whom I find it difficult to follow years before. Just like before I responded to Alter call in a Camp meeting. But my woes and filthiness follows me. Time after Time I keep giving my life to Christ all over again as this sins keeps me backsliding.

Living at Kaduna, I have much commitment to God, His Work in the Church. My Youth leader as at then must have notice that in me, so he tried as much as possible to bring me up. am so open to him on my prayer-less life, but am ashamed to open up my bottle of filthiness to him. after my SSCE in 2009, My youth leader decided to send me for youth workers training, and I tried to dogged it, knowing that am not saved from my woes, although we just came back from a December camp meeting, in which i renew my commitment to Christ in salvation, and the seed of that salvation still remain in me. Even though I try to dogged the responsibility, I could not escape the training.

The training was wonderful, and receive God cleansing through sanctification. It was during the training I started hearing from God. I finished the 9 month training successfully. But sooner the Dog go back to his vomit.

Over and Over again, I keep falling, Yet keep rising, I follow a lot of procedure to stop pornography, but as soon as i saw a near nude pictures that lust triggered and i will by all means find a way to engage on the internet sin. But thanks be to God I was delivered from Pornography, HOW?

Well i stop trying to quit pornography, but rather living it all for God in constant prayer desiring to be free and to be separated from the world so I can love Him Thats is my prayer focus, on my part I make sure i flee from appearances of evil And God did it while i continue praying for Daily Victory over Sin and He did it Again.

As could not engaged in internet sin again, I notice that I begin to have Sexual Dream, and I presume its as a product of my daytime imagination, which is lasciviousness. I pray against the sexual dream and I see result but my victory was like Hit-me.....Hit-you, Victor today...Victim tomorrow. There was a time I came out for prayer for deliverance, but it doesnt work for me, that was when i realized that i must workout my Salvation by myself through prayer, unfortunately my prayers were like spraying bullet instead of focusing on target. Am so ignorant of demonic activities, but I soon find out from my own personal life and some details I cant share in public.

I do dream a lot and some reveal future occurrence. I once dreamt that I was viewing and or commenting on a thread that talks about demons etc and this is the same thread I dreamt about. From page one I follow up till i catch-up on page 18 I did not missed any comment. from last year 2015, I follow silently, I took all advice on this thread serious, Bible verses, Prayer points. I dont just take the afore mention serious i did pray as well, not like before but with wisdom and testimonies I have gather on this thread.

At Point in time around November or early December I began to sleep well, I mean well not more sexual dreams. On a faithful night i experience what is called sleep paralysis (which I experience last more that 4 years ago ), immediately I just say in my mind "Get out of here", the SP did not last three seconds. How God did Delivered me or which Day I cannot say ALL I CAN SAY THAT GOD USED THIS THREAD TO EQUIPPED ME TO BATTLE FOR MY DELIVERANCE.

After the deliverance, The Holy Ghost Baptism I have long prayer for Came upon me.

When i was reading the post about the whole sinners prayers and the likes.

The spirit of God ministered to me saying that when we pray and ask for forgiveness of sin at every time we pray we are in order because when our Lord Jesus christ was teaching us how to pray which is the bases of praying in the Bible.

He said forgive us our sins as we forgive those who trespass against us which means everytime you say the lord's prayer you are acknowledgig that you are a sinner and pleading for forgiveness just as forgive those who have offended you.

Now that been said, It does not mean that you should carry the guilt of your sin cos CHrist has already done that for us. A lot of ua has begged and is still for mercy which they have obtained but refuse to forgive themselves of their own sins when God has forgiven them and remember it no more. The Lord says they are lot of people going through and reading these thread whose sins have been forgiven and forgotten but has refused to forgive there self thereby causing hinderance to there own prayers. You that fellow i dont know you but the lord says i should tell you, he died for that so great sin of yours, so you dont need to weigh yourself down over it, go boldly to the throne of grace and you will be just fine. When the tot come rebuke and Be sure it wouldnt come back agaain.

Dealing with the sex demon..
This is a continuation of exposing the sex demons and how to overcome this demon.


Part 3.

How to overcome spirit spouses (sex demons) is done through warfare prayers and living a Godly life in Jesus Christ.


When a demon has gained entrance into a person's life, it is because there is a particular sin going on in that person's life which has given the demon a legal right.


If a person is battling with spiritual husband/wife, it is because he/she is involved or has been involved in either I.e, Masturbation, sexual fantasies, fornication, or adultery or in some cases child molestation at a very young age ( if a person was molested as a child, he/she may start having strong sexual urges which is caused by this demon)


Anything that is sex related which doesn't abide in God's law of marriage is illegal. And this will easily attract this sex demon when done several times. In most cases, Masturbation and Sexual fantasies are the usual culprit here.



But we thank God for Jesus who died for us, granting us authority and power over this demon.


The way to overcome this demon:


First of all. The person must be free from pornography, masturbation and all sexual related sins.

If the person continues to engage in the sin, the demon will gain a stronger hold over the person and this will even make a deliverance session quite stressful.


After a person stops his/her sexual sins. The person should not stop there but must go further to allow Jesus Christ come into their lives and let the Holy Spirit work through them.


This means that there must be a constant meditations, reading the word of God, abiding in the assembly of God (church) and doing God's will.



If the person doesn't do these things, then the spirit of the person cannot be strengthened to fight against sexual temptations when they come back. The sexual temptations will definitely come when a person tries to get rid of the sin(s)..



The demon will come strongly upon the person when he/she tries to stop committing his/her sexual sins. The demon will bring about sexual dreams, temptations etc.



When a sexual dream occurs, a person must rebuke that dream immediately when he/she wakes up. The sexual dream is actually an evil seed the sex demon plants into a person's mind when they sleep, so that they can be forced to masturbate or commit a sexual sin that day or the following day.



The person is advised to read the word of God if such a dream occurs and he/she is advised not to be alone( it's better to be in the company of friends to resist the temptation to masturbate).



Now.. For people who feel the presence of this demon or people who actually see this demon.. You must do all the above to officially disallow the demon any right into your life.


After repentance is done, a person must speak aloud to the demon. Yes..

The person must challenge the demon with the word of God. The word of God is like a two sharp edged sword. It will strike fear into the cold hearts of the demon. And cut off any power the demon has on it's victim.


Have you ever seen a scared demon? Hahaha.
It's amazing to see that these beings are not to be feared in any way. They are scared of you when they realize you're starting to discover secrets of God's power in your life. That's why they bombard you with sexual dreams, temptations, problems etc. They're only trying to weaken you.


In as much as demons like to strike fear into people's heart, the truth is demons are real cowards. And they will show fear when you have stopped your sins and when you start to pray using God's words against them. They may pretend that your prayers are causing no harm to them but it really is.
A person must be fervent in prayers against this type of demon.



You can pray like this:
"Oh you sex demon, I have been translated into the Light of God. I am no longer a slave to sin, so therefore I am no longer a slave to you because Jesus Christ has cleansed me of my sins with His blood which He shed for me on the cross of Calvary.
Therefore I cut off every covenant I have had with you. My covenant now lies with Jesus my King and my Lord whom I serve.
Begone in the Name of Jesus! Flee in the Name of Jesus!"


You must say this prayer repeatedly and you must say it boldly with no fear and you must say it loud and aggressively.

The demon will cower in fear!


Please note that if you have not repented of your sexual sins, all these prayers won't work. It will be just a waste of time.
Even a deliverance session will be very difficult.
When this kind of demon gas gotten a very strong hold over a person to the extent that the person sees or feels the demon's presence, aggressive prayers and fasting will be required.


Fasting is done to weaken the flesh and strengthen the spirit man. What weakens the flesh will strengthen the spirit.
When the spirit is energized in this regard, prayers from the person will be so deadly to satan and demons.

The stronger the spirit the deadlier the warfare prayers. It's like horse whip (dipped in fire) on the backs of demons. They won't be able to stand it.


I wish I could speak more on this, but I have taken so much time to share this and I didn't want to delay it any further.


I will continue to share more about this in bits by the grace of God.



I pray for those people who satan and demons might have trapped in sexual sins.
I pray for strength to your spirits. May God in His infinite mercy deliver you in Jesus Name.. Amen



N.B: Please do not engage in warfare prayers against this demon if you have not repented of your sins totally and if you have not started living a Godly life like I stated above.

It may be worse for a person if he/she does that knowing fully well that a sex demon is in their life.

This is a really gud platform,filled wit truth and knowledge.i like it a lot cos it's reli educational.i know that these tinz are out der but I noticed dat some of ur testimonies and revelation put dis certain fear in me.but I prayed against d spirit of fear and slept peacefully.dat aside I have dreams dat most tyms I wake up to forget and den some certain incident dat occur makes me feel like somehow I ve seen it be4,experienced it first hand b4.like am living the same life all over again,i ve not been able to tell any1 cos they won't believe me or won't understand.lik if I step outside d house and witness an happening it's like I ve witnessed it b4 so I. I was doubting even Jesus in the Bible. Am serious. Doubt was so strong in me that, it was just difficult to see pass anything. Until one day, I was in church and a man of God was preaching. (I doubted everything he said, I mean all) but I won't stop going to his church, as a matter of fact, I couldn't wait for church services. I enjoyed everything, but the message.
Immediately the man of God climbs the alter, my service has ended. I would just wait for him to finish so that we can go home.
Why was I like this? I came from a back ground where from as early as you can talk, you are told that Protestants are not Christians. They are all the False Prophet's Jesus warned about.

The Catholic Church prepared my mindset in this manner. But there was something in me that was pushing me out of Catholicism. I couldn't stay in Catholic Church, I didn't believe in Pentecostals. They were all fake, ritualistic, power seeking Satan followers. But the Holy Spirit was waiting for for me.
It was Bible studies. I didnt have a bible, I just sat there. So, the man of God, started, I had condemned him and concluded my service. Then I heard this voice, clearly. "What does the Pastor need power from Satan to do, does he perform miracles, or does he need Powe to preach the word?
It hit me hard. Come to think of it, The Pastor just preaches the word, no dramatic miracles.
Later I started following his preaching, he is actually preaching for sinners to depart from sin. He calls for sinners to repent from sin. If this man worked for Satan, he won't preach for people to love and follow God. Ahhhhhhh.
From that evening, I started having quiet time to think. Just think.
I started questioning my doubts.
Anytime I read the Bible and I come by a miracle but Satan wispers and say it's a lie, I will ask back, why is it a lie. What has this person got to gain in lying?
This is how doubt gradually evaporated from me.

Satan wants you to doubt everything. Everything about God. If you do, he succeeds.
Sister, from today, do what I did. Question your doubts.

I welcome to the the fold of God people and I pray that in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord who is at the right of God that you receive the answers you seek.

I have nothing in particular to say to you but I would just tell you read the first 4 books of the new testament the answers you seek are in there.

You know the lord already tokd me about a day or two ago about pple viewing these thread who has refused to forgive them selves of there past. It is the past then keave it at the past. Cos if you hold on to it you will lose the future.

I implore you to stay close and hold fast the world of God cos that is only what can give you the faith and kilk the doubt in you.

What is prayer?

Prayer is an act of communication with God. Just like we communicate with our earthly father, prayer is the means by which we communicate with oir heavenly father. There are different types of prayers: Prayer of supplication, prayer of Thanksgiving, prayers of request, prayer for battles aand the likes. You can check Kenneth hagin study guide for orayer to know more.

I know some people would be asking since I said prayer is communication woth our heavenly father and we are taught that communication only exist when there is a listener and speaker and its a two way thing. How then does God communicate to us. The basic is through is word.. THE BIBLE. Depending on your work woth god he can talk to you directly thru your spirit man, small still voice and all other. What then is fasting?

Fasting is the abstinence from your normal routine of these in order to subdue the flesh, seek the face of God and other things.
Fasting can be abstinence from food, sex, water, salt, TV and so on.. even learnt of make up fasting on these thread what ever works for you.

There different types of fasting. The dry fasting: No water no food, Fruit fasting: these has two categories skme you are allowed to eat fruit anytime you like whike some you only break witn fruits, White fasting: you break with anything that is white and contains no salt, sugar and any other additives. And so on and so forth.

What then is prayer and fasting?

These is a when you abstain from anything that you derive any kind of pleasure from and the same time communicating with the heavenly father.

Can you pray without fasting? Definitely

Can you fast with out praying ? That is punishment.

Why do we need to fsdt and pray? To subdue the flesh, to acquire sprirtual power, to seek the face of the lord in a special way among other reasons.

Some school of thougt from my fathers in the Lord says it is better to eat and pray well, than to fast and not pray well.

As Christians we are encourage to fast regularly though I dknt have a biblical backing for that.. it just an adviso.

This really touched and brought tears out of my eyes, I am really entangled in this act.

There are some things I have been asking God for forgiveness but I always think about those things as if God has not forgotten and it's really drawing me back.

the Holy Spirit can give you all you want in that last sentence and even more. stay blessed.
also, if Satan is reminding you of your hurt against someone, pray for the fellow and ask the Holy Spirit to take away the burden.

And the best place you can get that guidance and support is in Christ. Ask him to take over. You will see how these things will just dissolve. Give up trying to do anything. Just give up. Make the Bible your closest companion. There's something about studying the word of God. Anything you don't understand, ask the Holy spirit in meditation.
Try to be quiet in your subconciousness. Dodn't always be rowdy.

Dealing with the sex demon..
This is a continuation of exposing the sex demons and how to overcome this demon.


Part 3.

How to overcome spirit spouses (sex demons) is done through warfare prayers and living a Godly life in Jesus Christ.


When a demon has gained entrance into a person's life, it is because there is a particular sin going on in that person's life which has given the demon a legal right.


If a person is battling with spiritual husband/wife, it is because he/she is involved or has been involved in either I.e, Masturbation, sexual fantasies, fornication, or adultery or in some cases child molestation at a very young age ( if a person was molested as a child, he/she may start having strong sexual urges which is caused by this demon)


Anything that is sex related which doesn't abide in God's law of marriage is illegal. And this will easily attract this sex demon when done several times. In most cases, Masturbation and Sexual fantasies are the usual culprit here.



But we thank God for Jesus who died for us, granting us authority and power over this demon.


The way to overcome this demon:


First of all. The person must be free from pornography, masturbation and all sexual related sins.

If the person continues to engage in the sin, the demon will gain a stronger hold over the person and this will even make a deliverance session quite stressful.


After a person stops his/her sexual sins. The person should not stop there but must go further to allow Jesus Christ come into their lives and let the Holy Spirit work through them.


This means that there must be a constant meditations, reading the word of God, abiding in the assembly of God (church) and doing God's will.



If the person doesn't do these things, then the spirit of the person cannot be strengthened to fight against sexual temptations when they come back. The sexual temptations will definitely come when a person tries to get rid of the sin(s)..



The demon will come strongly upon the person when he/she tries to stop committing his/her sexual sins. The demon will bring about sexual dreams, temptations etc.



When a sexual dream occurs, a person must rebuke that dream immediately when he/she wakes up. The sexual dream is actually an evil seed the sex demon plants into a person's mind when they sleep, so that they can be forced to masturbate or commit a sexual sin that day or the following day.



The person is advised to read the word of God if such a dream occurs and he/she is advised not to be alone( it's better to be in the company of friends to resist the temptation to masturbate).



Now.. For people who feel the presence of this demon or people who actually see this demon.. You must do all the above to officially disallow the demon any right into your life.


After repentance is done, a person must speak aloud to the demon. Yes..

The person must challenge the demon with the word of God. The word of God is like a two sharp edged sword. It will strike fear into the cold hearts of the demon. And cut off any power the demon has on it's victim.


Have you ever seen a scared demon? Hahaha.
It's amazing to see that these beings are not to be feared in any way. They are scared of you when they realize you're starting to discover secrets of God's power in your life. That's why they bombard you with sexual dreams, temptations, problems etc. They're only trying to weaken you.


In as much as demons like to strike fear into people's heart, the truth is demons are real cowards. And they will show fear when you have stopped your sins and when you start to pray using God's words against them. They may pretend that your prayers are causing no harm to them but it really is.
A person must be fervent in prayers against this type of demon.



You can pray like this:
"Oh you sex demon, I have been translated into the Light of God. I am no longer a slave to sin, so therefore I am no longer a slave to you because Jesus Christ has cleansed me of my sins with His blood which He shed for me on the cross of Calvary.
Therefore I cut off every covenant I have had with you. My covenant now lies with Jesus my King and my Lord whom I serve.
Begone in the Name of Jesus! Flee in the Name of Jesus!"


You must say this prayer repeatedly and you must say it boldly with no fear and you must say it loud and aggressively.

The demon will cower in fear!


Please note that if you have not repented of your sexual sins, all these prayers won't work. It will be just a waste of time.
Even a deliverance session will be very difficult.
When this kind of demon gas gotten a very strong hold over a person to the extent that the person sees or feels the demon's presence, aggressive prayers and fasting will be required.


Fasting is done to weaken the flesh and strengthen the spirit man. What weakens the flesh will strengthen the spirit.
When the spirit is energized in this regard, prayers from the person will be so deadly to satan and demons.

The stronger the spirit the deadlier the warfare prayers. It's like horse whip (dipped in fire) on the backs of demons. They won't be able to stand it.


I wish I could speak more on this, but I have taken so much time to share this and I didn't want to delay it any further.

I pray for those people who satan and demons might have trapped in sexual sins.
I pray for strength to your spirits. May God in His infinite mercy deliver you in Jesus Name.. Amen



N.B: Please do not engage in warfare prayers against this demon if you have not repented of your sins totally and if you have not started living a Godly life like I stated above.

It may be worse for a person if he/she does that knowing fully well that a sex demon is in their life.

Lovely piece. I was a victim, and was so helpless for years before Christ rescued me. The problem I had when I was still fighting her was that I could not keep away or get rid of the things that bring her. It mustn't necessarily be a sin, but could be something that occasions the sin. Such will later become a weak point.
Example of such landmines is false emotional attachments. This is the bane of so many failures encountered by people in this struggle. If you have a girlfrnd or boyfrnd whom you have been engaging in sex with, and who is not repentant like you, don't say that you will gradually leave him/her to avoid hurting him/her. Don't say that you will continue but without sex. Don't put his/her feelings before your choice or before God. This is a booby-trap that nearly caught me.
One can't walk with God holding hands with the devil or holding what belongs to him. Thank you sir.

Brethren in the house, I need serious clarification about this and its about the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
Based on my knowledge and my experience also on the journey God took me before I was being baptised by the Holy Ghost and could speak in tongues. The bible says when you receive Christ Jesus as you Lord and saviour, you receive the Holy Spirit which is right but from my own knowledge and understanding, baptism of the Holy Ghost and power with the evidence of speaking in tongues does not come until the heart is fully sanctified. I understand that when you are born again, your spirit is but not the soul which means your thoughts and mind is still the same as there is still the old adamic nature in us but after salvation comes sanctification which is when you renew your mind with the word of God then after the heart is fully sanctified, then baptism of the Holy Spirit. Reason for all this is because the Holy Spirit does not dwell in an unsanctified heart so until there is sanctification, there is no baptism of the Holy Ghost. This is how I understand it and this was exactly how it happened in my own case.
Now there is this other church I went to, and what they teaches is that a sinner as soon as he receive Jesus can be baptised immediately and also speak in tongues, which they also practise backing it with scriptures like

acts 2:37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”

38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptised, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

And some other scriptures and this they practise in that church, once you receive Jesus, they help you to speak in tongues

I understand that satan has he's own counterfeit of speaking in tongues.

Now my question is, can a sinner who just receives salvation and hasn't gone through sanctification of the heart be baptised with the Holy Ghost and can speak in tongues?

This is really bordering me and confusing and they use lots of scriptures in the bible, 1cor 12,13,14 and some others to back it up.

On the day of pentecost, when about 120 of them were baptised, they already believed and received Jesus, they were already followers of Christ so it was easy for them to be baptised but a sinner who just receive Jesus to be baptised in the Holy Ghost and can speak in tongues just immediately is what baffles me.
