Just like BVN, it requires a reasonable timeline for implementation. Just check the federal secretariats. TSA has been on for a while under last administration following no. 1: Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS), which was a great success, no. 2 International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), which is still ongoing

The point is GEJ directed MDAs to implement the TSA but the directive was flouted. Simply because they know he is a weak leader. Now how long did it take the MDAs to comply now? They know that "a new sheriff is in town"

I hope this will help harmonise the tuition fees paid by students in federal tertiary institutions. because the lack of uniformity in tuition fees amongst federal universities is an indication of exploitation of students to feed individual pockets rather than federal government coffers.

I keep referring to the one we can all relate to -BVN. Has it been 100% implemented as at today? Answer is no. For every reform, there must be a set timeline.

I challenge all in this forum to produce any circular from presidency containing any new directive on TSA.

Everything is working according to the timetable set by the previous administration. Remember they were planning to sail thru the election and be back.

Even current administration do not understand TSA fully yet

This is a big lie and distortion of history. The TSA Policy was first introduced by the Yar'Adua administration, NOT that of Jonathan. Even then, the Jonathan administration didn't have the liver to put the policy into effect over the whole of the nearly six years during which it was in power!

And here we are, the Buhari administration has, within its first four months or so in power, put the TSA Policy into real effect, plugging financial rascality loopholes and ensuring that government revenues now go only into government coffers.

Haters should watch as this government starts realizing real revenue from this type of measures. Already, two of the first generation banks (First Bank and UBA, IIRC) have been caught trying to sabotage the policy, and have been made to cough out 4.9 Billion Naira in fines as a result.

Now, that is real - and measurable - progress and part of proper governance.

Nigeria Govt started discussions of it in MDAS in 2012 and went live in Jan 2015.

FOOL! Go and read well about TSA! It was scheduled to be implemented about 2 to 3years from wen it was proposed, to give time to MDA's to gradually align with it. If u r not well read. Go and read again.
