Please am a Nigerian citizen who has been looking to adopt children. A friend of mine suggested Imo or Ogun state but after seeing a documentry on NTA Channel 24 I have decided to adopt from any of the IDP.
All efforts to get the names of the agency or agencies responsible has been to no avail.
Anyone with information concerning this should please contact me thanks

For instance I want to take them to Tanzania or SA they need children visa since I am not thier birth mother my DNA definetly won't match so I need a signed paper from an adoption agency and from a High court transfering rights of parenting to me enabling me to get birth certificate from NPC and a citizenship certificate from a court registry . So when you pay off the parents who signs , who and you will go to the court after the 90 days child welfare check period, who signs over , who comes to court to swear
