He's neither "embattled" nor "embittered" - that's his personality/style in the football world and what has brought him so much success. However, it's not working right now...but he can't change who he's just cos of the lack of results at the moment. It's normal to fail in life, you can't win all the time. How he deals with this and weather the storm, would show what he's made of. He's our coach.

You can't even put the performance of the team on him. The players aren't executing and that's not the coach's fault. Perhaps, it's due to the workload they've had to carry for two seasons, due to how small the squad is. But they're professionals and they need to step up. That's what they're paid millions for.

We just need to get rid of a lot of useless players who don't impact the team in anyway and inject young/hungry players - to create a spark. And Mikel is definitely one of them. Terry is another one.
