Bro the uni gov council resolved to increase it but haven't communicated it to the public. The SUG smells it and hence the swift prequel action, as a precaution. Like it happened in numerous occasion during my UG, the VC can shelve the proposal at anytime without implementation.

So, it is still unofficial and a speculation

Tuition 56100k
Accreditation 10k (some Depts pay 20k)
Hostel 15 or 30k,I didn't bother checking because it was insufficient
accreditation or acceptance feeundecided

As far as i am concerned, sentiments apart i think oau is the cheapest or one of the cheapest in nigeria. In 2008 /2009 session i paid of 18500 which was for tuition, accomodation and medical fee. 2009/2010 i paid 5750, 2010/11 i paid 7250 & 2011/2012 i paid 7250.

my friend....base ur analysis on fact than assumption. ATBU fee is more than 22k.
i learnt it 16500 for returning. Am a graduate of atbu i pay 11600 in my last session dat is 2011/ 2012

OAU was the cheapest. Throughout my 4 year course I didn't spend up to 50k. Still Nigeria's best university. I rep OAU.

Guy, it's either u don't know or u are misinformed. Apart from the sch and the accommodation fees, the acceptance fee is 25k.
Guy I be student, acceptance fee na 20,500.

Dat was then.. Now freshers pay up t0 70k-80k 4 the 1st year..
