Turner(Obanema of Opume in Bayelsa State), known to be one of former president Goodluck Jonathan's closest confidants, and his chiefs have endorsed the candidacy of APC candidate Chief Timipre Sylva as against the incumbent Hon. Seriake Dickson of PDP.
