The more things change, the more the same they remain!

1. They claim to want freedom, but aren't willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. Freedom isn't offered, it is fought for. They go out in protest, but fire a shot and watch them scatter in different directions. To gain freedom, you must be willing to lay down your life for it if need be.

2. A majority of the protesters are jobless youths who see any form of protest as an avenue to vent their anger towards the government. Offer them jobs today and see them watch from the sidelines like spectators at a football match grin.

3. 95% of the protesters will still remain commoners even if Biafra were realised. The only difference you might see is the Biafran Flag. Again, it's more of the same.

4. They have no single idea on how they intend going about making Biafra as great as they claim. Even Kanu could not answer to the leader who put forth well thought out questions to him in the USA.

5. Their elites, those who really matter, will rather lay down their lives than lose properties and interests in Lagos over the actualisation of Biafra.

6. Count the number of people at the protests and you'll get the total number of thugs, kidnappers, armed robbers and miscreants in the South East!

7. There's a 60% chance that those at the rally are bastards! Real Igbos aren't as jobless.

8. The rally is just a gragra. The more they protest, the further away the Biafran dream is. This is because, the more they protest, the more accustomed to the noise making people will become. As a result, they'll be seen more as a gathering of clowns mastering jests than of secessionists trying to get back their stolen rights.

9. They do not in any way represent or speak for the well meaning Igbos who go about their businesses peacefully around you and in the SE. Igbo people aren't known for troublemaking. Your opinion of them should not change. Do not resent them over the actions of a few misguided elements.

One fact about the the one-Nigeria agitators:
They poke-nose irrelevantly and panic unnecessarily into affairs that can lead to their doom.....talk about misplaced priority.

As the days go by more people make up their minds and join in the train of freedom. Things will never be the same again.
And you OP, do not mock the people pushing for a course they believe in. Do not write negatively against them. I know certainly that you are not proud of Nigeria but yet you don't stand up to do anything to change the situation. These people are also not proud of her hence their demonstrations. Libyans revolted for lesser things ada gaddafi provided social security and infrastructures for the citizens but Nigeria has provided non for her people. All they get is humiliation and death in the midst of plenty. You ought to bury your head in shame for castigiting and maligning them. What ever they are as long as they go about it peacefully if you are wise you are meant to ask the government to give them a listening ear. Finally I say; death to this one Nigeria.

The same people that financed the militants are also financing boko haram. They're not from a tribe as most of you think, they're a set of greedy people that comprises Yoruba, Hausa and ibo with very strong connection with the Western world, they are the front line cabal, they're are always against every government that stops them for one reason or the other. This same people are behind biafra at the background, knowing full well that the masses will buy into it because of the sentiments the said region has for it. If you think am wrong it's left to you, if you think am right, good for you but one day you will remember I said this. You have your life to live, follow your dreams. It's more than meet the eye. It is well.

Those who keep surging forward when the Army or the Police start firing, clearly have a death wish, just like you do. shocked Before you join any protest marches again on behalf of Biafra, make sure you do the following:

1). Say farewell to your parents and thank them for giving you a good life;
2). Write your will and distribute your few possessions appropriately to family and friends;
3). Pay off all outstanding debts and loans you have taken from family and friends;
4). Leave enough cash behind which your family would use to bury you, in case you die during the protest;
5). mark out a burial plot in the cemetery or your dad's backyard, where your body would be interred.

Now you are free to go and march for Biafra. If you survive, good luck. If you don't, the consolation is that adequate preparations have been made for your transition into eternity. undecided

They said it's an online thing,but now they can't say it anymore cos they have seen their folly.

They said our brothers in the Niger delta aren't of one mind with us, yet they were proved wrong.

Now they are saying we should come and try it in Lagos grin ,but I say that we shall do it and nothing, I repeat, nothing will be done about it grin . Not chest beating like they say,but simply stating fact.

Lesson, never dare an Igbo man cos he can be ruthless when he wants to be and absolutely fearless.
