Last time I checked they also speak English, yes they may misplace their os (humour becomes humor) and use z instead of s (civilised becomes civilized) and pronounce z as zee instead of zed, but it's English none the less. I don't know which customer feedback they've been using, but this shtako doesn't smell kosher.
