7,000,000 cefa at the current rate of 3,36 will give you 2.08m. add duty plus other charges and 2.6m or 2.7m will land 05 highlander third row seat in lagos.
i don't mean any disrespect but cotonou is a big market and you may have been searching in the wrong places.

On the first day of visit to the market ,you just come up with deposit like 20k and transportation fee about 8k to and fro to Cotonou.We will come back the next day for the full payment from the Nigerian banks in Seme boarder.The car gets to Lagos two days after complete payment.

7m cfa can not get you a neat 2005 Highlander with a low mileage.To get one that has a reasonabe mileage
you have to budget 7.5m cfa,besides cfa fluctuates alot as you know,so do not calculate with 336 cos the average price is 338 and sometimes it gets to 340.It was 339 on Monday.When you sum it up,you will see my figure is correct.
I just got a VW Toureg someone and it landed for 3.4m.The ride is already in PH and the mileage was 67k so you should know i know what i am talking about.
