This thread is strictly to jolt to life members of the Nigerian public to their responsibilities and the power they hold as members of any political party they choose.

I have been following rather actions and reactions of party followers in the Nigeria polity for some time now.
its with a sense of regret and sadness that I came to terms with the level of gullibility the party followers display just to express their unflinching support for their political parties.

the players in the polity mainly politicians and followers seem to have been narrowed down to the politicians with the followers used as tools instead of being partners in determining key decisions in the parties.

prevalent spread of poverty, illiteracy and greed has dethroned the followers or supporters from the chair of decision making to puns which can be easily discarded after use. many supporters are mere figure heads who are comfortable shouting slogans they have no understanding of and fighting on behalf of a politician who has no plan to improve the supporters or their community as a whole.

party supporters must learn to hold their politicians accountable instead of shielding them from every criticism by allowing them prove every word they utter during the campaign periods. its high time the supporters started allowing reasoning dictate their actions and reactions.

politics is a tactical game where all the elements struggle to dominate the others but here in Nigeria we allow the politicians whom we owe dictate and dominate us.

Tell that to APC e-rats

And the guy below me is wallowing in the euphoria of winning an election that he has forgotten he is now a ruling party and not an opposition. Always attacking like a rabid dog. Someone advise him that he needs to conserve his energy because he has four years to go.

Where is the change since they are following the footsteps of their predecessor?

Where is the change since they are following the footsteps of their predecessor?
It is quite obvious that PMB cannot deliver the change he so much clamoured for because he's surrounded himself with the wrong elements

Gradually Nigeria is slipping deeper into one party state with everything the present govt does seen right even when the NA cannot give the correct name of the 'chibok' girl found while a second one was noised to be from chibok but was later found to be a lie
Its obvious the govt is desperate about making a statement in their quest to locate the girls.

True supporters would rather bare the truth that these girls are probably not chibok girls but that we support the progress the govt is making in fight against insurgency instead of making up stories about found chibok girls
