Given that the Former NSA's arrest was recently ordered by the president based on findings of a panel. Can same arrest order be made on Amaechi based on findings of the Rivers state panel of inquiry?

The panel that investigated dasuki is a team of law enforcement agents. Their report is part of matters of national security and can resort to arrests and further investigations. On the other hand, Wike's panel was only administrative, the result can only lead to sack, dismissal or suspension. Criminal matters can only be handled by law enforcements agencies and Wike did not send any petition to the police or SSS. 2 Likes |

That's the problem when Government foist impunity. The Government in place tend to act as if the JUDICIARY and PARLIAMENT do not exist. |
