Firstly try charging the phone while it's off, see if it's percentage will increase , if it doesn't, get another charger, this should solve the problem, if it doesn't, try another battery, if that doesn't then ur charging port has a probs, try changing it

Try changing the battery first
If symptoms persist, then take it to a competent Engr, but change d battery first, the charging port changing should not be more than 1500 to 2k
