I've been using mine since December, no issues. i just changed the original cord three weeks ago, that's still okay by me.

it could be down to the way they manage/use the phone. the cord isn't really tough, so you remove and put it from that hard top, that's the only way it can last.. mine has no issues and still very very clean

Just walk into any mtn connect office, tell them you want to upgrade ur sim to 4G...u will be charged 600 naira and a sim swap will be done... You will get 5gb as dash afterwards
