The person who compiled this list must be a selective dunce. When GEJ handed over power by May 29th 2015, I bought fuel at N250 in Port-Harcourt and week before that, I bought fuel at N400 in Lagos. The USD-NGN exchange rate was sold at N250 and the pound sterling was sold at N360 as at May 2015. In the same May, the FG had to even borrow money to pay civil servants and about 22 states were owing worker's salaries.

Once again, the person who compiled this list must be a compound imbe and he/she should be reminded that next elections are in 2019; it's too early to fool himself in a bid to deceive the gullible.
