This new tread of falling trucks carrying container on either cars, buses, on bridges even on the roads is becoming alarming as the government has come up with a law or decree that every truck carrying container should be well clipped to the truck with iron. When will this government start living up to them responsibilities. All they think is either to pass laws to legally rob a cradle and give birth to children they can't take care off.

And also looking at it spiritually is it the new pattern of blood sucking now?
