Hon. Ifeanyichukwu Ibezi, candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in the March 28 Anambra State National Assembly election, who has challenged the lower court (Tribunal) Judgement to Appeal Court Enugu.

He said,

"The nature of the judgment delivered by Justice Joseph Nayai Aganaba - led Tribunal makes appeal vital, as the new position adopted by the tribunal must be tested in the interest of justice".

“This is the last tier in the judicial ladder. We have instructions, because the Tribunal judgment has raised several issues that must be tested on appeal. We have hope; we will contend with it seriously.”

On Tuesday 1st December by 9:00am the matter will be entertain for hearing and adoption.. keep a date !
