The Facts About Thr Cancellation Of David Marks Election by Marvin67: 2:12pm On Nov 30, 2015 |
The following facts should be noted. - David Mark didn't rig his election into the senate. The price for rigging election is loosing the seat with the runner up being declared winner. No where in the judgement was it said that David Mark rigged the election. - There were no irregularities in the conduct of the election. This is according to the judgement. No where in the judgement was it stated that the rerun was being called for because of irregularities. - The court called for a rerun on the ground that the result was announced while voting was still on in some areas. This is not the fault of David Mark, this is the fault of the INEC "REC" in the state. - Before the result of any election is announced, all parties concerned gather at the collation centre to sign the result before the announcement is made. Didn't the APC agent approve the result ? - According to a radio program today, the REC mistakenly signed 28th of match on the result sheet instead of 29th which was the actual day the result was released. Is that David Mark's fault ? Please take note of the above mentioned points when commenting on the Issue. |

Please be honest. Do you believe that INEC can bend the rules to favour David Mark without his prompting? |
